The building has always been looked after with the help of the wonderful maintenance team, as you walk in you are always greeted by the ever so gracious Reception Team and honestly no job is too small for them! The Café at the centre has glorious new specials which in my humble opinion do deserve a Michelin star! We have been a part of so many wonderful office events from celebrating new monarchs to Christmas celebrations, it is always welcoming and homely and the cakes are amazing! The Business Centre Manager has, since the beginning, been so kind, helpful and cheerful. "Mezzanine Floor Engineering has been based at The Colchester Centre, since January 2019. Upon entry the building looks professional and welcoming, which is very important for my business image. Office spaces are clean and very well maintained. The Meeting Rooms are great for entertaining clients and they have an onsite Coffee Shop selling Cakes and Light Lunches. I have always found the Management and Staff to be professional and accommodating."
